Established in the year 1997, at Chennai, Tamil Nadu (India), we “Gee Gee Engineering,” are one of the leading manufacturers, suppliers and exporters of precision machined components, automobile component & valve component. These include glands, seat bore locator, seat springs, retainer rings, seat rings, valve connectors, junk ring, valve test plates, drill jigs and machining fixtures.

A Proprietorship Firm, our business operations are led by Mr. Basaviah. His experienced handling of the business processes as well as support provided by modern production setup and experienced workforce allow us to deliver end components in exact finish specifications as demanded by the clients. Working with the aim to turn ideas into reality in a very simple, convenient & affordable way, we have been able to expand our business presence not only in Indian markets but also in international regions as well. Catering to the demands of automobile industry, today, we consistently deliver precision machining standards in the manufactured components. With a strong focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we specialize in producing components using state-of-the-art CNC automated and VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines( 4^th Axis, 5^th Axis (Commissioning in 4-5 weeks) machining Facilities. Presently, some of the quality conscious clients who understand our quality and prefer to deal with us including different divisions of Audco India Pvt. Ltd. – Manapakkam Division, Kancheepuram Division, MM Nagar Division, Coimbatore Division in Peelamadu, Malumichampatti CBE Campus, L&T Campus Division. Apart from this, we are also meeting the requirements of Vaas Industries Pvt Ltd, Chennai, Samco Metal Alloys Pvt Ltd Mumbai among others.

CNC Machining:Our advanced CNC machining canters allow us to produce complex parts with tight tolerances. Whether it’s powertrain components, suspension parts, bushings, oil and gas industrial part, Valves Accessories and other general engineering components.
Precision CNC Turning:In addition to milling, our CNC lathes handle turning operations, providing comprehensive machining services.
Precision VMC Machining:In addition to milling, we have 4^th Axis running, 5^th Axis (4-5 weeks will be commissioned).
Materials Expertise:We work with a wide range of materials, including superalloys, stainless steel, titanium, and more. Our experience with hard-to-machine metals ensures top-notch results
